An intranet their team still runs every day

The problem

BOS Innovations builds automation and robotics systems for manufacturers. Their own internal information, the day-to-day of running the shop, lived in scattered files and shared spreadsheets that no single tool tied together. They needed an intranet shaped around their business, from people who would still be around to fix it later.

What we built

A custom intranet built around how their team actually works. Not a template with their logo dropped on it, but a system designed for their processes, their data, and their people. When something needed to change, we changed it.

The result

It’s still in daily use. We’ve maintained the same system ever since, the clearest proof of how we work: build it right, stick around, keep it earning its keep. When BOS Innovations needs a change or has a question, the people who built it answer the phone.
